**Diamond Bathroom Package**

For spaces up to 5’ x 9’ – $16,999

**Demolition and Disposal:**
– Removal of vanity cabinet, countertop, sink, and faucet
– Elimination of the light fixture above the vanity
– Removal of tub and 3-piece wall insert or shower wall tiles
– Disposal of tub/shower fixtures and valve
– Demolition of the mirror
– Disposal of the toilet or removal and retention
– Elimination of sheet vinyl or floor tiles
– Removal of baseboard and quarter-round

**Installation Services:**
– Installation of a 36” to 42” vanity cabinet (selection from 15 available styles)
– Installation of granite (selection from 7 different colors)
– Installation of up to 2 sinks (rectangular or oval)
– Fixture installation for the vanity (allowance available in-store)
– Installation of 2 light fixtures above the vanity in existing locations (fixtures supplied by the customer)
– Installation of the mirror (supplied by the customer)
– Option of  one of the following:  A. Tub or Shower pan installation ($500 allowance) B. Concrete bedding (additional $900 charge)

Shower Flooring tile installation ($4 per square foot tile allowance)
– Shower wall tile installation ($4 per square foot tile allowance)
– Installation of accent and niche (allowance of $15 per square foot for tiles)
– Installation of tub/shower fixtures and valve (allowance available in-store)
– Installation of the toilet (supplied by the customer)
– Installation of accessories (e.g., towel bar) supplied by the customer

**Other Services:**
– Painting of the bathroom (paint supplied by the customer)
– Installation of tile or luxury vinyl flooring ($4 per square foot tile allowance)
– Installation of new baseboard and quarter-round
